Estonian-Portuguese artist exhange

Resident-tihetused. Binaural-MoKS exchange program artist exhibition in Y-Galerii, Tartu. An exchange between Estonian and Portuguese artists.

I had a look at this exhibition in Y-Galerii in Tartu, Estonia. Some of the works I noticed:


Evelyn Müürsepp - Kudum

Müürsepp fills the forest with a spiderweblike knitwork, and then gets caught in it herself. The artwork is both the performance, the video and the documentation photos.

Anna Hints - Silence with a Stranger

Instead of trying to communicate with the local lady with words they do not have in common, Hints use the silence to share a moment with her. A beautiful video.

Manuela Barile - Nest #1

Barile makes a nest of mud and straw in this video. I never get to know who the nest is for.
