I was so fortunate to see murals of Italian artist Tellas in his native world, the beautiful island of Sardinia. The tranquility, the nature elements and the clean shapes he makes works so well in the streets of Stavanger, Katowice and other European cities he has visited lately. But it is here his art really belongs. The dry twigs on arid land, the green leaves in lush forests, the round pebbles of the vast beaches, even the stone cone nuraghi buildings of the ancient settlers of Sardinia are present in the murals by Tellas. I can sense his love for the nature and the culture of his island in his works.
