Prints and sculptures
Solveig Landa's art is always full of surprises. Last time she took us for a balloon ride, this time into the shadows, and into her own garden. Wonderful prints on the topic of shadows. Both the shadow of object, but also the traces appearing through the printing processes. And I do spot some balloons in there this time too. But for me the crowns of the exhibition are the tiny brass sculptures, moulded from twigs found in her own garden, mounted on tiny, carefully made pedestals.
